Shipping policy

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 on regular-priced merchandise. This offer is available for a limited time and applies to in-stock items only. Sale, clearance, and discounted items are excluded. Offer valid while promotion lasts.

Online purchases are shipped by courier. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO address with the use of couriers. So please use your street address when placing an order. Thank you.

Fragile items or furniture as well as certain oversized items may require a shipping quote. Once the order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm the cost of the delivery and to complete payment. 

We offer free local weekly delivery for all orders over $50. Local deliveries go out on Wednesday between 9am-1pm. 

Please note that shipping costs are non refundable. If you wish to return an item please contact us for instructions.

Shipping Rates:  

Once your order has been packed, we will provide a tracking number. Please be sure to check your junk mail if you do not receive notice. 

We currently offer a $25 flat rate for all orders shipped within Canada

Standard shipping rates apply to most locations; however, remote or rural addresses and oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. If applicable, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any extra costs.
